Our modern Rpod offers all the luxuries you could want while camping. A private bedroom for two with a comfy walk-around queen bed, a walk-through bathroom allows you to rest comfortably each night, plus all your clothing can be stored in the dual wardrobes to keep everything tidy. Roomy private, bathroom with plenty of storage. The main living area features a 32" tv with indoor / outdoor sound system, and fully equipped kitchen area offers a slide out dinette and convertible bed that can also sleep one or two small campers. The rear kitchen is fully equipped, and provides everything you will need for 4 guests including a large fridge, freezer, gas stove, microwave and plenty of storage. Also included is a gas campstove and fire pit for outside cooking and warmth. Power awning, extra large steps, outdoor lighting help to make your outdoor time safe and dry. The 15K A/C unit will keep you comfortable during the summer camping months, and the tankless water heater will provide refreshing, hot showers (must be plugged in for A/C and microwave). Battery life may be limited without solar if you are in a shady area. We provide no assurances (beyond our control) battery life, please prepare for the possibility of loss of power if not plugged in. We do not supply propane unless the propane refill option is selected. The trailer has capacity for two x 20lb bottle of propane, which runs the stove, water heater and furnace as well as the fridge if you are not hooked up to electricity. If you rent the fireplace or bbq, a third propane tank will be supplied. Tanks from the trailer cannot be removed, or used for the fire-pit or bbq. If you are dry camping, the A/C, furnace and microwave will not be usable as you need electrical hookup for these. This trailer has one 12 volt battery and is not ideal for longer then a couple nights without electrical hookup.** PLEASE NOTE: We will only deliver to regulated RV parks - no private residences, or backcountry.
