This cozy motorhome is not only easy to drive, it is also perfectly sized for most beach and state park campgrounds. Despite its compact footprint, it comfortably accommodates 8 people with its four beds. Equipped for off-grid camping, it ensures a hassle-free and enjoyable experience at campsite with or without hook ups. Included at no additional cost are 2-4 sets of bedding, 2-4 towels, all essential kitchen utensils, a K-cup coffee maker and toaster, dishes and silverware, paper towels and toilet paper. We also offer additional upgrade packages for those seeking extra joys and comforts during their travels. (More Info Below) For those interested, we offer a unique stationary rental option. With our Stationary Upgrade Package, your RV will be delivered to our private fenced-in lot in the scenic Bonita neighborhood of San Diego. Just 15 minutes from downtown San Diego and 20 minutes from the beaches, this exclusive spot provides a legal and private place to park your RV overnight, complete with patio chairs and a table, 15-amp electrical hookup and water access. It's the perfect base for exploring San Diego by day and returning to a peaceful retreat at night. Polices, Rules & Restrictions: 1. Our RVezy “Cleaning Fee” - is for sanitizing and prepping the RV before. You will receive a cleaned and sanitized RV, with clean linens and towels, sanitized surfaces and dishware. This fee does not cover the cleaning of the RV upon return. 2. If RV has cleaned and organized, this includes washing all silverware, putting used towels in linens on top of the rear bed, the floors swept, the surfaces wiped cleaned, everything else put back in place, then there will be no additional cleaning fees. If the RV requires additional cleaning our standard fee is $125. If the RV requires additional cleaning such as the exterior or burn overs in the oven, pet hairs, muddy inside, there will be an additional $125 fee charged. For severe circumstances, the fee will $500. 3. Dump Fees - If you sewer tanks are not fully drained upon return, we charge $100 for dumping sewer. 4. Propane Tank - We charge $5 per gallon of propane which is local rate for fill up. 6. Gas - The RV must be returned with a full tank of gas, should be filled up within 5 miles of our drop off location. We charge $9 per gallon to refill. 7. Travel to following locations and/or on the following types of roads is strictly prohibited: Mexico, Death Valley (between May 1 and August 31), Burning Man Festival, Alaska, Denali Highway, Dalton Highway (Hwy 11) between Coldfoot and Prudhoe Bay, McCarthy Road between Chitina and McCarthy and/or on Unpaved roads, Truck Trails, Logging and non-public roads, Inaccessible areas. Travel plans must be submitted and approved. The RV should be in the vicinity of the planned travel. Our RV is equipped with a GPS tracker. Any renter found to have tampered with the unit, or traveled to an undisclosed event/festival/location will be subject to forfeit of up to their entire deposit. Renters are required to read and sign our SRA (supplemental rental agreement). This will be sent to all renters prior to key exchange. 8. We are Burning Man friendly but unfortunately, we are unable to accept Burning Man booking through this platform as it goes against RVezy’s policies. You would not be covered for you Burning Man on this platform. 9. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the RV - If any evidence smoking is found, guest subject to significant loses the security deposit cover the cost of remove the smell of smoking from our RV. This is a costly repair that involves renting an ozone generator (typically $100-$200 a day), washing down all walls and ceilings, removing cushion covers, curtains, blinds, etc. Please do not smoke in the RV. 10. Any damage to the RV should be communicated immediately when it occurs through the RVezy app. This allows us to book the repair immediately to avoid fees for other lost bookings. Whether the damage is big or small please let us know immediately. 11. Approved Festivals will require additional fees, security deposit and verification. 12. Off road travel is not allowed in this RV. This RV is not equipped to drive off road and can easily become stuck. Driving on truck trails damages RV. Violation of this rule will likely result in significant charge to your security deposits and may leave you stranded. Rocks can kick up and damage various systems such as the generator, holding tanks, propane tanks, etc.
