Our open floor plan has a private bedroom in the back, dinette conversion bed for 1 adult or 2 children and an above the cab full-sized bed. Cook up delicious meals in the kitchen, complete with pots, pans, and all necessary utensils and tools you need. Freshen up in the spacious shower and dry off with our plush towels. The RV comes equipped with three TVs and Bluetooth capable surround sound, including an outdoor TV to make your camping trip or tailgating even more exciting. This means gas tank is full of gas (unleaded 87 or higher), dump black and gray tanks, RV is clean and trash is thrown out. • Running short on time? Don't feel like cleaning or dealing with dumping black and gray tanks? We can help! •Dumping fee: $125 •Re-fueling: $50 fee + cost of gas to full • Absolutely NO SMOKING in the RV. If any smoke is detected, you risk losing the entire deposit and will be charged the cleaning fee. • Do not use the awning • Do not start driving until leveling jacks and slide are safely retracted :-) • The height of the RV is 11.5 FT and it is 32 feet long, make sure you use RV safe routes and appropriate clearance for bridges and tunnels. • Obey all traffic laws and drive safely and responsibly. • Do not flush anything in the toilet that is not RV specific toilet paper which will be provided. • Absolutely no climbing on the roof or rear exterior ladder. This is for everyone's protection and safety. • No pets allowed. All we ask is that you treat our RV like it is your own and take good care of it!
