Burning Man Festival is not permitted. The fine sand ruins the engine. If you book the Burning Man festival, it will not be honored. Other festivals must be discussed for flexibility of weather and location. We prefer Campers to learn about the Great West. The western coast is a great trip, also visiting states west of and including New Mexico, Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming. Parking for your car $35 per night. Sleeps 4-6. Here’s how: 2 -4 Adults and a child on queen with two adults, 2 kids up in loft bed, 1 child on table foldout. Pictures reflect the bed and table set up. Easy! See Add-ons. Linen (towels and sheets) is provided if you desire. Many prefer to bring their sleeping bags and towels, and pillows. No delivery at this time. WIFI OPTIONAL – let’s discuss for longer stays. You’ll love the heat and the air, the lighting. Just communicate. It’s taken us a year to get smooth with this RV as we were new to the Glamping community. Most people are familiar with it.
