For a quick weekend getaway, a week or two, or a month long vacation, this is the travel trailer for you! Perfect for a couple or small family of 3-4. Located close to many campgrounds, national parks and beaches, our cozy little R-Pod has everything you need for a great camping adventure. It comes fully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful camping experience - bed and bath linens, kitchen essentials (dishes, plastic flatware, pot & pan), outdoor chairs, outdoor rug, bike rack for 2 bikes, and an option for delivery! You can even bring your pet and enjoy the food & water bowls provided. This model has so many fun bells & whistles packed into a lightweight, compact trailer! Our trailer is equipped with: - queen sized bed (60” x 74”) - kitchen with sink, stove top, refrigerator, and microwave/convection oven -internal vacuum to make keeping it tidy a breeze - dining area for indoor dining (which also converts to a sleeping area 42x74 that can fit one big kiddo, two small kiddos, or a kiddo and a doggo) - wet bath shower/toilet combo with curtain and door - bike rack that fits two bikes - R-dome - this is an awning/screened room that can be used only for shade, or screened in, or closed for extra privacy. If you choose delivery I will take care of setup/take down, if not I will send you a video on how to set it up. Once you watch the video, you realize it's a breeze. - pass through storage accessible from doors on each side of trailer or from inside, under the queen bed. If you are interested in dry camping, this unit is equipped with 30 gallon fresh, grey, and black water tanks. I do not have a generator. A lot of campers bring their own power stations such as the Jackery, to make sure they'll have enough battery for their laptops and other devices. If you have your own generator or want to rent one, you'll need at least 1,000 watts to power the microwave, and 3500 watts to power the AC. INCLUDED in your rental are: - bedding and towels for 3 guests - plates, cups, bowls, flatware - basic kitchen supplies (pans, mixing bowls, utensils, cutting board) - salt & pepper, olive oil, instant coffee provided - RV toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap - trash bags, small trash can - hammock - detergent and dryer sheets - outdoor camp chairs for 2 guests - 48"x28"x28" roll top camping table - outdoor rug - 20lb propane tank mounted over hitch Optional Upgrades: - sewage dump $100, let me take care of the dirty work - pet rent $25 per day, bring your furry friend with you - If not plugged into electricity or using a generator the microwave and air conditioner will be non-operational but you'll be able to run the lights, water pump for kitchen sink & bathroom, charge small devices, and use TV and stereo system. - delivery, set up, take down, and return: $3.00 per mile or minimum $150. Don’t have a vehicle to tow with, let me tow it for you (depending upon availability) Helpful information: - I am fairly flexible with pick up and drop off times any day of the week. - This RV is not available for Burning Man rentals. - The septic system in an RV is a delicate system which requires the use of RV toilet paper (I provide enough for weekend rentals). Full hookup sites with 30 amp are the easiest and most comfy if you prefer glamping, back in or pull through are both fine for me if you're choosing delivery.
