If requested upon booking: cooler, rack for 2 bikes. *SORRY, BUT: - NO festivals (fine $7000) - NO Smoking - NO trips to Mexico - NO climbing on the roof - NO towing - NO cats ** Min age: 25 years Regular pick up: 12 PM Regula drop off: 12 PM IMPORTANT: - We do NOT charge any cleaning or prep fees. All we ask is returning RV in the same clean state (clean bathroom, kitchen, moped floors, clean cabinets and drawers). Otherwise cleaning fee will apply. - We do not provide any bedding, pillows, blankets, kitchen utensils. - Most of the listed fees can be avoided if RV is returned in the same condition it was picked up. - Failing to return on time will result in charge of $130.00 per hour after the agreed time. Please do not be late and respect our time the same way we will respect yours. - After your booking is confirmed I will send you our SRA (Supplemental Rental Agreement). Nothing crazy, just common sense "house rules" and our expectations to respect our property.
