Long Dinette and a huge shower that fits a 6’ camper with room to spread your wings, upgraded master King memory foam bed topper, very comfortable mattress. Indoor smart TV, if you enjoy being outside you are ready, it is equipped with an outdoor sound system and comfortable patio setup available in our Add-ons to set up underneath the huge patio awning or rear patio. Rear outdoor shower to wash off or rinse off the sand from the beach. Don’t forget there’s room for the kids/teens to sleep with the bunk beds. We do not deliver or rent to off grid or BLM land camping for safety and security reasons. Trailer is rented and delivered for the purpose of traveling and camping at and in a RV park at this time. Off road travel is not allowed with our unit. What's included in the rental standard unless noted as special request needed. • Linens.. comforter bedding is available upon request in our Add-ons. Recommendations White Glove Delivery Setup And Pickup. • rig can be delivered to campsites only with pre reserved site before delivery. proof of reservation is needed before trailer can be delivered. • We would prefer to meet at time of delivery to walk though operation and answer any and all questions you may have in person. • We ask the trailer be ready for pickup one hour before checkout as to avoid late checkout fees on your reservation, that hour gives us time to connect trailer, clean tanks and pull out of campsite. Other things to know Do’s and Don'ts ..Don't Smoke in our Rig, a Professional cleaner will be hired to remove smell, Do not throw any food or oil/grease in sinks.. cleaning fee will come from security deposit. Don't leave awning out in rain or wind, awnings are only meant for shade and will break with wind and rain, awnings are the number one damage claim so remember to bring it in when heading out or when there is bad weather. Do bring your small pets, small dogs are welcome in our rig, however you are responsible for damage and accidents from pets. Please if you plan to bring other pets other then small dogs bring that to our attention for approval, no cats please. Do bring kids, bring the family and enjoy your time away as a family.
