Looking for a budget-friendly camper for a quick getaway or a longer trip? This lightweight camper, just under 3,000 lbs, is easy to tow with most mid-sized SUVs. A weight-distributing anti-sway hitch and bluetooth trailer brake are included at no extra cost. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen-sized bed that sleeps two, with space for a small child on a cot, air mattress or camping pad. To keep costs low, linens are not included, but a linen package (bedding, pillows, and towels) is available for just $50. The compact kitchen has everything you need, including a sink, two-burner stovetop, mid-size fridge, and microwave. Other features include a bathroom with a shower and toilet, air conditioning and heating, an outdoor shower and sink, a TV with HDMI hookups, indoor and outdoor speakers, and a bike rack (available upon request). Even though it's small, this camper has plenty of storage inside and a large pass-through storage area outside for all your gear. Affordable rates & flexible pickup in Castle Rock. Trip recommendation for guests • Ensure your vehicle meets the towing capacity and has a 2-inch hitch reciever with has a 7 pin plug or 4 to 7 adapter. • Linens are not provided unless you opt for the linen add on package. The bed is a camper queen and most queen sheets will fit. • Basic cooking and cleaning supplies provided. •Consider adding a day before and/or after to have ample time for packing and cleaning. We ask that all guests return the camper in the same condition as received. That includes: Dumping fresh, gray and black tanks. Refilling propane tanks Cleaning the inside (we’ll take care of the laundry) Removing any excess dirt from the exterior. Other things to note Pets-We love that you want to bring your furry friend along. Any extra cleaning, damage or odors will result in additional fees. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the camper. A generator is needed to run A/C, TV & outlets (additional charge) There will be a $75 charge to refill the propane. $175 to empty black/gray holding tanks $100 additional cleaning fee if not returned in same condition. $250 fee for smoking I'm happy to answer any questions before or during your rental to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip!
