Freeda The Explorer

This roomy, spacious, and well-cared-for Motorhome "Freeda" is our adventure vehicle and yours! With a solar package and large tank capacity, it is ready for your adventure wherever you might go! Hey friends! We are Mary and Steve, together, you can find us and our adventures on @drivehome_rv . We have each grown up camping and have shared our love of the outdoors with our three children. We have traveled and camped in 50/50 states and 40 countries combined! We love national parks, state and federal forests, and other places that are a bit more primitive. We especially love beach camping and have camped on seashores from Newfoundland, Canada, all down the east coast, across the Gulf of Mexico, and up the pacific from California to Washington state. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any trip planning or other advice you might need, we get immense joy out of helping other people get out on the road. Freeda is a well-maintained and well-traveled RV. It has served us well on family trips from Texas to Newfoundland and many places in between. Having a stovetop, an oven, and a microwave, Freeda is a great place to cook. One of her best features is her storage! you can take a bunch of stuff with you, whether suitcases of clothes, fun beach chairs, tents, or grills and outdoor supplies. We are so happy to share our 30-foot Thor Freedom Elite 28z "Freeda" with you! May be winterized depending on the season. We do not allow smoking, but pets are cool with Apollo as long as they are less than 10 pounds if they are not please ask us; drop-off time is between 9-10 AM, and pick-up is 3-4 PM if you would like to book something outside of those ranges, please speak with us. We charge $50/hour for every hour it is late up to 4 hours, any more than that and we would charge an extra night, if this were to disrupt another renters vacation we would have to charge an extra fee. Like a hotel we have units returning in the morning and departing that day which means we need time to clean and replace items. If you wish to return late in the day you will have to reserve that night ahead of time. Let us know if you have any more questions!
