Southern Charm is a 2021, 39ft Fifth Wheel with all the charm and comforts of home but able to pulled to your favorite destinations. Southern Charm’s Master suite has a Comfortable King Size bed, dresser with drawers and closet for hanging clothes/storage. Washer/Dryer combo located in master is a huge convenience for stays. Second bedroom has a twin size bed, 50 inch TV, and small desk if needed. Several cabinets for storage. Third sleeping area is a queen size loft in the hallway. We recommend this area for children or storage. Space can be kind of tight up there. Fourth sleeping space is a full sized sofa sleeper. Southern Charm’s kitchen won’t disappoint! Our favorite is the stainless steel residential sized refrigerator ❤️ Kitchen island, propane gas stove top and spotless microwave. Relax in the pull out recliner adjacent to the 50 inch tv and color changing fireplace. Stylish desk with 2 chairs can be used as a work/office space or a dinette. Bathroom has a stand up shower, sink and toilet. Towels provided. 2 AC units within the coach. Furnace and electric fireplace with heat. Southern Charms outdoor features an electric awning, mini fridge and cabinets. Ample storage in under belly. Coming from out of town?
