If you need anything else, please just ask for it! The tent is quite easy to set up, it has a 3 inches memory foam mattress in it so it’s quite comfortable. You can easily set it up and break it down. All of our gears are set up for TWO people, as listed above. We may not have extra gear but will do our best to fulfill everyone’s requests. We highly recommend that you bring your own beddings if you have more than 2 people. It is easier for us and will take a lot less space in the camper for you. Our bedding kits are in bins and are for 2 people. If you need an extra bedding bin, we charge $25 per kit for the length of your stay. Pick up at the airport is $75 and the same for drop-off. We highly prefer and recommend that you use your own transportation. An Uber or Lyft runs around $40. An airport taxi will cost around $70. ✵✵ PICK UP TIME ✵✵ Departure time is at 3 pm and return time is at 11 am. If you would like to inquire if a late return or early pick-up is possible, we sometimes can accommodate you if we don't have back-to-back bookings. The fee for an early departure is $65 and the same for a late return. Please communicate with us and please make sure that you return your camper on time. ❖ ❖ CLEANING FEE ❖ ❖ Your cleaning fee is for the tents, the kitchen kit, your beddings, and the sanitization of your vehicle. We do ask that you return your camper in the same shape as it was when you got it. At the time of departure, we will remind you of 1- Filling the camper with gas before returning 2- Running it through the car wash at SUDZ in Kapaa and 3- Giving it a quick 2 minutes vacuum Car rental taxes and fees are mandatory industry-wide charges required by the State of Hawaii. Car rental companies only get to keep the base rate. All taxes, fees, and surcharges collected go to the State. Airbnb does not charge the HRHS (Hawaii State Rental Car Surcharge) $5 per night. They allow sleeping inside the vehicle and have always been the best camp base for our guests as this is centrally located on the island. When you book, you will be provided with a list of other campsites where you can use the rooftop tent as well as our electronic guidebook for recommendations on what to do, where to go, what to see, and where to eat. ✔ PLAN AHEAD AND SECURE PERMITS ✔ MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE (LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL) ➤ The camper must be filled with fuel before returning. You received it with a full tank of gas, please return it with a full tank of gas too. ➤ Please run the car thru the car wash, we recommend Sudz in Kapa'a. The cleaning fee you paid only covers the mattresses and utensils that you use, not the exterior and camper carpets. ➤ NO SMOKING ➤ Be nice to our onsite staff members. These folks are family. ➤ Please respect the local habitat. Practice "leave no trace" and "pack it in, pack it out."
