Also, this Baja Edition comes with Solar Power. FYI, this more of a trickle charge for your batteries. *REFRIGERATOR and FREEZER operates on batteries. On hot days, we recommend using a generator if no hookups are available at your campsite. If batteries are depleted, the refrigerator will not work. The A/C, Microwave and outlets will only work with the trailer plugged into a power source or with the generator. The thermostat heater, USB charging ports, lights and refrigerator, water heater and water pump all run off the battery so if that gets low you will need to recharge with the generator or plug into nearby electricity. We would recommend adding the generator for more power through out the day and night if you suspect you will need it, especially if you are boondocking! Rent ours or bring your own. The generator is equipped with an EZ Start Dial for easy engine startup, no pull cord. It is a propane generator and can be included for an extra fee, ensuring you have all the power you need to make the most of your outdoor experience. Plus, you’ll receive a full 20lb propane tank. The 30 gallon Fresh Water tank can be filled prior to your departure, just let us know if you need this filled. If you are heading to a campground with water hookups, then you don't need this tank filled. Something most of our customers find helpful is the dump station website. You can find the majority of dump stations around your area where you'll be traveling through or camping. Search for RV Dump Sites and it will give you a list of locations near you. This is a very helpful tool for locating dump sites along your journey. Some campgrounds provide dumping stations nearby. Additionally, for added safety and reassurance, a sway bar can be added for an additional charge. A sway bar on a travel trailer is designed to reduce side-to-side movement or sway of the trailer while towing. It helps stabilize the trailer, especially in windy conditions or when making turns, ensuring your towing experience is safer and more controlled. We want you to be safe out there!
