Welcome home as you step into this tiny home on wheels. This RV sleeps 6 and features a master bedroom with a fireplace, a walk-around queen bed with a custom-made bamboo mattress (a foam mattress topper is available upon request). There is also an additional clothes hanging bar and a separate AC unit. The storage cabinet above the bed even has holes drilled for CPAP hoses! The main living area features a reclining loveseat with heat and massage, another fireplace, a TV and stereo system, and a second A/C unit. There is storage above the loveseat. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, a 10 cu ft refrigerator/freezer, and a pantry. Instead of a dinette set, there is a jackknife couch for extra sleeping capacity or to make movie night extra cozy. There are two bathrooms - the main has a 34" shower, porcelain toilet, and vanity; the second bathroom has a vanity and porcelain toilet. The bunk room has three twin bunks, a TV, a W/D combo, and extra storage space. There is the option to put a small dinette table in the bunk room. The hot water tank has been upgraded to a tankless system. The outside contains a 20' awning (repaired), an outside kitchen area with a small refrigerator, sink, grill, a TV mount (the TV from the bunk room can be used here), and an entertainment system with radio/DVD/speaker system. An optional cargo tray at the back of the trailer provides extra carrying capacity (extra cost of $25), and a portable generator is also available for reservations of 1 month or less (extra cost of $100). There is a large pass-through storage area at the front, along with two other smaller storage areas on the sides. Smoking of any kind in the trailer is an automatic forfeiture of your deposit.
