Our RV is one season old, fully equipped and feels brand new. There is a queen sized murphy bed at the front of the trailer with cubbies for your books, earplugs and phones right at your head. When the bed is up, there is a couch in the spot where the bed would be. Feel free to leave the bed down, you can still walk around it! This model has a slide out dinette that folds down into an additional double bed. The bathroom is so bright with a frosted skylight over the shower. For the adventurous, this RV can be used off-grid! It has a solar panel, so as long as it isn’t cloudy all of the time, the batteries deliver enough power for the fridge, water pump and usb outlets! The batteries are even fancy and have their own heater, for continued work in chilly outdoor temps! More details for off-grid below! Things to know before booking: 1. This is a NO SMOKING trailer. Any signs of smoking/vaping/drugs inside the trailer will result in a portion of your damage deposit being kept for a deep cleaning fee. 2. Towing vehicle needs to have a straight 2 5/16" ball hitch (or rent ours) 3. Your vehicle needs to be able to tow up to 4000 lbs to rent this trailer. Brake controller recommended. 4. You will need to dump all tanks and refill propane before returning RV. (Or we can do it for an extra fee) 5. We will position, level and set up the trailer for you on your reserved site, all you have to do is walk in with your gear and make it yours for the duration of your stay!
