Everyone will start each day feeling re-charged and ready to go after sleeping on the rear corner double bunk beds and the front queen bed, plus the sofa and the booth dinette can also transform into extra sleeping spaces for any friends that want to tag along. The rear corner bathroom comes with a tub/shower that has a skylight above for natural lighting and a wood trimmed mirror to make you feel more at home. There is plenty of storage inside and out between the overhead cabinets, the wardrobes, and the exterior pass-through storage area. Includes exterior compartment small refrigerator, so that you can enjoy a nice, cold beverage without having to go inside to get one! The unit will include basic cooking utensils, a pot, a pan, tea kettle, silverware, paper-towels, 4 plates & bowls, 4 cups & mugs, dish soap, bathroom tissues, hand-soap, toaster oven, cutting boards, knifes, can opener, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, trash cans, broom/dust pan. 4 camping chairs, an outside rug. Water hose, water filter, pressure regulator, tank dumping hoses. 2 décor pillows and a plush blanket, to ensure you explore in style. Weight distribution hitch is provided for safety and your convenience when towing on your own. Brake controller is directly mounted onto the unit, without need to have one in your vehicle. This unit is offered by A5Z RV rentals We take pride in providing you with a stress free experience and will give you a full walk through of the unit upon pickup or delivery. Unit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each rental. We use ozone treatment prior to each rental. We ask that you return unit in a "broom clean" condition, and leave detailed cleaning and sanitizing to us. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $300. This of course does not include wood campfire smoke. Just a reminder, pets are not allowed in this unit. We are pet lovers, but next guest may not be. If you have a pet, please consider one of our other units. Please return unit with empty tanks (grey & black), otherwise a $150 charge will be applied. Please use this unit as your home away from home, so it can be enjoyed by you and other guests.
