Beautiful, completely refinished camper! Very large, with lots of options for sleeping! This 43ft camper has 4 slide outs, which allows for a ton of space indoors on those rainy days! This camper sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Lay out: As you enter the camper to the left will be the large kitchen and dining room with a full island, stove, microwave, and full size fridge. Just past that is the spacious living room with an entertainment center and fire place. Entertainment center you will find a radio with access to blue tooth for indoor and outdoor speakers! The living room includes a queen size pull out couch. Just off the kitchen is a spare bedroom with a Futon and plenty of closet space! As you head back down the hall past the main door there will be a large loft area for children (or adults if they wish) to sleep! Just past the loft area there is a bathroom with a large shower! Past the bathroom is the master bedroom with a residential king size bed and a full size closet and dresser! The outside offers a full outdoor kitchen which includes a sink, stove top, and mini fridge! What's included ⁃ Full stocked Kitchen with pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes, etc. ⁃ Fresh linens for all beds Other items included: ⁃ 4 camping chairs ⁃ Outdoor rug ⁃ 2 roaster sticks ⁃ Camping table ⁃ Toilet tissue ⁃ 4 bath towels and wash cloths Will deliver and set up and take down. We will accommodate delivery time the best we can. When booking: Make sure the lot accommodates a 43ft fifth wheel some locations may be required to call to confirm. Also, keep in mind in order to run both AC units 50amp will be required. Jacks are not to be adjusted by the renter at anytime. No feminine hygiene products or any other material besides the tissue provided to be flushed down the toilet. Outside storage doors are required to be closed up at night, especially the kitchen. Awning is not covered by insurance, renter is responsible for any damages to the awning.No smoking of any kind. If smoking is suspected $250 fee will be charged.Pets are allowed with an additional fee. Max dogs allowed is 2. $35 fee required per dog for the stay.
