The DREAMCHASER is a fully renovated extra large travel trailer 38ft in size! Everything new and redone! Kitchen space is fantastic with full size fridge, counter space, and cabinets. Living room offers cozy brand new comfortable reclining leather furniture and a rolling entertainment center with brand new flat screen smart tv that works with Wi-Fi and offers flexibility of where you would like to place the tv for movies so everyone gets a great view! Four bunk beds and a brand new comfortable queen size bed in the private bedroom that boasts a closet to hang cloths and dress to store items. Storage compartment underneath the bed for extra items. Easy private access to the bathroom from the bedroom and has a door to the general area keep it to three separate areas. The DREAMCHASER is the perfect travel trailer for the family getaway to camp and have a ton of outdoor fun or friends getting together to relax and have fun! :) Stocked with pots and pans for cooking, cleaning supplies, broom and mop, sewer hose, hose for water hookup, extension electrical hookup, four lawn chairs, fold out outdoor tables available, and plenty of storage. We recommend you bring your own towels for shower, paper plates, cups, and throw away utensils to limit having to wash dishes. Rent for $125 per day. Weekly rate for $625. Monthly rate for $2150. Must have a diesel truck or equivalent that has heavy duty towing capacity as this travel trailer weighs 11,500lbs. No half ton can pull this. We can rent a truck to pull this camper for additional $120 per day. If you plan to dry camp we have a 4000 watt generator you can rent for $20 per day. No smoking No crazy partying No pets (exceptions can be made with mutual agreement) Must return fully cleaned and emptied dump(gray/black water) $50 fee if not cleaned and $50 fee if not emptied. $500 damage deposit required.
