Betty is a 2022 Venture Stratus SR291VQB that comfortably sleeps 8, but can fit 9 -10 if they are children. Master bedroom with queen bed, privacy doors and shades, USB and 3 prong outlets on each side of bed, plenty of storage, Serta queen bed with 3” memory foam topper and 1 of 2 AC units in room. Great bunkhouse with 4 twin bunks, lights and UBS plugs at the head of each bunk, privacy curtains, storage, and the option to turn the bottom two bunks into a larger king sized bed with extenders which will fit 1-2 additional people. Couch sleeps 1, and dining table can sleep 1-2 depending upon size. Main cabin has a dining table that fits 5, a couch for 3 with 2 loungers with heat and massage, cup holders and outlets. Pantry, coat closet, extra large storage cupboard, and privacy shades throughout. 40” TV with DVD Player, speakers inside and out, Bluetooth, HDMI cords, lightning to HDMI adapter. A full private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, and RV toilet paper. Relaxing fireplace for ambiance or heat. 10 cu ft fridge and freezer, gas stovetop and oven, microwave, large farm style sink. The 2nd AC unit is in main cabin. The outdoor kitchen has mini fridge, sink, and flat cooktop. There is an outdoor hot/cold shower, large awning with lights, and storage. We love to play as a family so we have included many different kids activities, card games, board games, and some outdoor games such as cornhole, Kan Jam, Spikeball and more. Betty has 2 A/C units, which will require a 50 AMP service. We will include a 50 AMP to 30 AMP adaptor, but you can only run one A/C unit on a 30 AMP service. Betty is a 1/2 ton towable RV, but please be sure to check your vehicle specifications for towing capacity, and payload. Comes with a backup camera and screen to mount in your vehicle. If you return the trailer in the same condition in which you received it, we will refund your entire security deposit. *Complete forfeit of deposit will occur if there is ANY evidence of SMOKING/VAPING: Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING is allowed inside RV *Many extras are included in this package for your use and convenience. The cost of replacing any items damaged or missing upon return will be deducted from the security deposit. This includes but is not limited to small items, such as the TV remote, flashlight, flatware, towels, pots, game pieces, etc. *If holding tanks are not empty upon return, we will withhold $100 from your security deposit refund. * We allow pets, but require approval first. Please no pets on beds or furniture as they can tear.
