Jayson's Keystone Passport 2950BH Travel Trailer

The camper that I booked and the camper that we got were not the same. There was an ac issue and that's why we got a "newer" camper instead. Never got a heads up about this at all. Also the camper that we rented was larger and had a slide out.. The one we got was smaller and had no slides. There also was an issue with the sewage lines. The guy told us not to worry about hooking up to the campground when we got there. So glad we decided to. There was no way to actually connect to the campground so we had to go buy duct tape to connect... If we wouldn't have... Sewage would have been all over the campground. There was no closure on the pipe coming off the camper. The grey water also was broken and there was no way to hook that up either. Also the canopy was broken and one side was much to low and wouldn't raise correctly. This caused a bunch of head bumps. Also not all the lights inside the camper worked. The camper also was not cleaned very well. The microwave did not look like it had been wiped out in some time. Also the hot water did not work. I don't know if it was broken or if the propane was empty. Either way it didnt work. The guy did send someone out the next day to fix the sewage line but couldn't fix the water line. Still not exceptable for what I paid for and what I got.
