Rules: - Renters must be 25 years or older with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license - An insurance binder must cover all days of the rental - $1000 deposit, refundable upon return of the trailer with no damage - No smoking or drug use inside the trailer - drug use will forfeit the deposit - No festivals without prior approval. - No more than four (4) adults or two (2) adults and four (4) children overnight - Vehicle “Must” be rated to tow 5000 lbs. and have a 7-pin electrical socket - Brake controller is also required - Pick-up time of 3 PM - Drop-off time of 12 PM - Pick-up location will be the Target parking lot located at 350 W. Lake Mead Parkway, Henderson, Nevada 89015, unless other arrangements are made - Excessively dirty rentals/returns will be charged an additional cleaning fee
