The best resource is to review the intro video(s) found on the Winnebago RV channel on You Tube. Outstanding series that will answer questions from basic operation to solar, 4WD and much more! Generator The Revel and most luxury RV products use a powerful onboard lithium battery system instead of hazardous propane or fuel driven generators. Clean, Green and Safe. With the solar power, dedicated second alternator and state of the art battery management system the adventure is yours! The Revel also features convenient, easy access 30amp shore power and the Hydronics heating system. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV? Standard pick up times are after 11am and drop off is prior to 4pm. Please share your flight schedule and we do our best to accommodate your arrival and departure times. Following your reservation, we will coordinate the pick up location and orientation to get you set for adventure! FREE delivery / drop-off to Las Vegas International Airport and St. George Regional Airport only Mileage & Destinations Utah / Nevada rentals include unlimited miles when traveling through Utah, Nevada, Arizona and California. All RVs are GPS monitored and travel outside of these locations is not permitted. The renter will be solely responsible for the return of the RV to the drop off point in the event of damage, loss or disability. Let's talk drop off When returning the RV after an amazing adventure, the simple rule is to return it as you found it. Please return with full potable water and diesel with empty and sanitized grey and black water tank/cassette and cleaned interior. "Skip the Dump" is an available option as well. How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground? The Revel offers excellent onboard battery storage that works off solar and charge while driving for boondocking and off-grid adventures. For shore power, electric cable can accommodate 30 Amp input power. The REVEL uses a portable toilet cassette which can be dumped at vaulted toilets as well as campground dump sites, hotels, etc. What happens if my plans change? To provide a consistent and professional experience, I have the "strict" cancellation policy. In the event you experience a substantial life interruption more than 30 days prior to departure, I extend the opportunity to reschedule your adventure. This is subject to availability and must be of equal or greater length of stay. I HIGHLY recommend utilizing a credit card that offer trip interruption coverage and/or purchasing insurance which may cover trip interuptions. What about heating & cooling? The REVEL has Solar, lithium battery storage which power your interior climate, plus the Elwell Hydronic diesel/electric heating. Off grid or campgrounds, the adventure is yours! In addition to solar, the onboard batteries are charged while driving to keep your adventure moving. Shore power is always recommended for extended A/C use. Trip recommendation for guests With the REVEL Class B platform the adventure is yours! Cruise to Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. Head north to Zion, Bryce and Canyonlands / Arches NP or 180 to Mohave, Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff, Route 66. So many awesome sites are within your reach!
