This beautiful, relaxing RV can take you anywhere in a comfortable, safe environment. It has one child safety tether, keyless entry, with our integrated side view and back up cameras, heated/remote exterior mirrors, cruise control, front cabin power windows, locks - and feel safe with our Emergency engine start, if ever needed. It can sleep 8 (or more, if you want to get snugly) - however, please keep in mind there are only 7 seatbelts, including the driver and front passenger. It has 2 bunk beds with a TV/DVD player in each, not seen often in the RV world. A great queen-size master bedroom with my pillow mattress topper, a two sleeper (the size of a queen bed) above the driver's seat with a great 40" LED swivel TV, a couch, and a kitchen table that converts to beds. Many travelers prefer to supply their own bedsheets, but we do have them available if you prefer. When you get to your destination, please put up your windshield privacy curtain, and extend the full-length slider for some amazing room. Enjoy the exterior 32" LED TV, bluetooth coach radio with exterior speakers, and power patio awning with LED integrated lights. Inside, cook with your 2 Burner Gas Cooktop with Single INDUCTION Cooktop and convection microwave oven. Need to wash off before entering the RV? No problem with the outside shower. Can't plug in the 30 AMP cord? Turn on the Automatic Generator, Heat, and AC at your fingertips. AND are you ready for this?...INSTANT TANKLESS WATER HEATER. Use the Rapid Camp Wireless remote control system as you relax and need to adjust your comfort. *************************************************************************************************************************** The unit will include basic cooking utensils, a pot, a pan, coffee maker, silverware, a roll of paper towels, 8 plates, bowls, and cups. It also includes 4 mugs, colander, measuring cups/spoons, peeler, serving spoons/spatula, dish soap, RV toilet paper, hand-soap, cutting boards, knives, can opener, salt, black pepper, interior trash cans, broom/dust pan. 2 camping chairs, an outside rug, fitted picnic table/bench covers. It also includes the OverDryve 7 RV GPS, Watch dog surge protector, drinkable water hose, wastewater hose, water filter, pressure regulator, and tank dumping hoses. Ultimately, this unit will come with everything you need to enjoy a care-free RV'ing experience. Our goal is for you to enjoy a stress-free experience. We will give you a full walk through of the unit upon pickup or delivery. We have a "how-to" binder with instructions to fall back on. The Unit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each rental. We use ozone treatment prior to each rental. We ask that it is returned "broom clean" - take out trash, and wipe down the toilet - to avoid extra cleaning charges. When booking RV sites - we recommend you reserve "full' hookups for the best experience. Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $450. This does not include the scent of wood campfire smoke. This unit is pet friendly, we allow (up to 2) dogs no more than 20lb for an additional $50 fee. Please note, that any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility, and will be deducted from your deposit. Please return unit with empty tanks (grey & black), or a $200 surcharge will be applied. Please treat this unit as your home away from home, so it can be enjoyed by you and other guests.
