We will leave the keys for you so you can just head out on the road when you get there. All we ask is for you to watch the tutorial videos that go over the entire unit. They are not that long at all. Once you pickup just be very careful to make wide turns and stay off of parkways. If you have any questions you will be able to contact me 24/7 via call or text. We do also provide door to door delivery. If that is something you are interested in please message us for more information. LINENS & TOWELS - Please note the RV does not come with pillows, towels or linens, as most campers prefer to bring their own. We do offer them as an add-on though and we would be happy to speak with you about what you need to provide an accurate price. Please contact us before you book to discuss, if you need anything that is not listed. We do not offer a coffee machine. All included amenities are listed. DISCLAIMER - We really hope you can understand why we have to be a bit strict on these things below. We are really trying our best to provide our RV to you at an exceptional price for what you are getting. When we start adding up our time waiting around, or having to make calls and pay off bills that weren't ours, it gets a bit discouraging for us so we want to be clear about the following... TOLLS - Please make sure to connect the RV to your EZPass prior to departure if you will be traveling anywhere with tolls. If you do not, we may receive a citation from the toll company. Citations are around $50-$100 per toll, plus the toll. So if you go through a toll on an EZPass land and the toll itself had a cost $3 but you were without the EZPass you are looking at a bill of $53 in the mail. This will accumulate for each toll you go through. If we receive these leaving us to take care of them we charge $50 per discrepancy and it will be billable directly to RV Share. So if you go through an EZPass toll and you did not set up the RV with your EZPass your fee would look something like $3 for the toll + EZPass Penalty of around $50 or more + our administration fee of $50 for having to do the extra work. This will be charged to you through RVShare if we receive a bill. If for some reason you did connect the EZPass and they sent a citation we will wave our administration fee. During the winter months there may be a fee to get the RV de-winterized, if you wish to use the onboard water amenities. This will be brought up when you reach out for info or send a request and you will be well aware of the situation prior to accepting the rental request. LATE FEE's - Please also note that when we set up a time for you to pick up or drop off the RV it is not fair if we are waiting for hours. It takes time out of our day to be there and so if you are late picking up or dropping off the RV there will be a late charge of $100 per hour that will be charged to you after through RVShare. Dumping any waste will cost you around $10-$25 if you do it yourself. If you bring the RV back with any waste a $200 fee will be added on. The gas tank will be full when you pick up the RV. Please bring it back the same way or we will charge for a gas refill. The RV comes with pots, pans, dishes, cups, and silverware for your cooking/eating needs. Linens do not come with the rental. If you do need linens and bedding please message us so we can go over the number of people in your party and we can let you know the details of how much it would cost us to provide them.
