Upon arrival, the owner was very nice and welcoming. We spent an hour going through the entire RV features. This was good since it was my first time using one. He also assisted in bringing our luggage to the RV. All the technology mods added to the RV was cool as it made the trip more enjoyable for the kids, especially with wifi and google tv. The only downside about the RV ride was that it was advertised to have new state-of-the-line suspension and shocks. Throughout the trip, I felt every bump it went over. The entire RV would make a loud ferocious bang after each bump. This made it hard for everyone to sleep while driving at night. Due to this, one tv almost came off its mount and was hanging by one screw. I was able to find the 3 other screws and remount it tightly. The bedroom tv was also close to coming off its mount. To prevent having to pay for a new tv, I took it off its mount, wrapped it in a blanket, and placed it in a cabinet for the remainder of the trip. With every question or issue I had, I made sure to notify the owner. I liked that he was able to keep in touch.
