The 2021 Dutchmen RV Coleman Lantern Series 17BH is a great camper! When you come into the camper upfront you'll find a queen bed with storage under the bed. The kitchen is in the middle of the camper with a nice sink, counter and 2 burner stove, along with a microwave and good sized refrigerator. The back provides bunk beds and a decent-sized bathroom with a shower. Includes: Bedding for Bunks & Queen Bed Towels & washcloths (camper only, NO pool, beach, or other use) Pots & pans Kitchen Utensils Plates Cups Dish Towels (Camper use only) Electric Cooktop Coffee Maker Cleaning Supplies Toilet paper Paper towels It is fully stocked with all the necessary items you will need for a weekend/week camping getaway. Just bring your clothes & food & enjoy our camper! We don’t supply water for the freshwater tank. You would need to fill it out on your own. NOTES: Camper needs to be swept out and hard surfaces washed down (including bathroom) upon return. If it's more convenient for you, we will do it for $60. The propane tank needs to be refilled and if not then there will be a $25.00 fee. The camper will be neat and clean prior to pick up/delivery. It is expected that the camper return in the same condition. A $175 cleaning fee will be assessed if the camper is returned/picked up in worse condition from initial pick up/delivery. The RV requires a class 3 or 4 hitches, 7 pin round tow plug, and brake controls. Both grey and black tanks are to be dumped or there will be a $100.00 clean-out fee. This is a no-smoking camper. Anyone found to have done will forfeit their entire security deposit. Pets are not allowed: deep cleaning fee - $175 ** Pick up is at 10 am no time later and drop off is between 10 am-12 pm. There is an ad on for any additional hours after the 10 am pick-up time and beyond the 12pm drop-off time. It is $50 Per hour. Please keep in contact with us in case of emergency or delay.
