****Please Be Advised, effective 12/13/2021, I am utilizing my commercial MBA insurance policy for all rentals. By renting my rv, you will need to purchase insurance under my master policy, no less than 30 days before departure and pay MBA directly. I also do require roadside assistance coverage, paid by the renter, provided by MBA which is purchased with the insurance at the same time within 30 days from departure*** ****insurance DOES NOT allow towing! I will not allow vehicles towed so don’t ask. Tow hitch is blocked with a passcode lockbox so don’t think you’ll pull a fast one***** This floorplan flows effortlessly with its 84" interior headroom and master bathroom in the back to maximize interior space and flow. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with plenty of storage underneath, ample closet space/pull out drawers and a 32" LED TV with DVD or Blu-Ray player. The master bathroom features plenty of storage along with a mirror, sink, a shower with a glass sliding door, a toilet and hood vent. The living room area is wide open and inviting with a 40" LED TV. The living room has plenty of room to stretch out thanks to the soft-touch leatherette hide-a-bed sofa. There is a TV antenna with a booster, radio AM/FM, CD, and DVD with Bluetooth capability thru the speakers in the living room area. There is a 2nd full size bathroom off the living room with a glass sliding door, medicine cabinet, toilet, and plenty of storage. Right outside the main bathroom are 2 bunk beds with small TVs in each. There are 3 storage pull-out drawers underneath for extra storage. The kitchen features LG solid surface countertops, an under-mount stainless steel sink with solid-surface covers and high rise faucet with pull-out sprayer, hand-laid tile backsplash, and abundant cabinet storage. The appliances are in great condition and look brand new, including a 30" over-the-range convection microwave oven, a stainless steel oven with three sealed burners, and an residential impressive 22.5 cu. ft. stainless steel residential refrigerator/pull out drawer freezer with ice maker and water/ice maker in outside door with a 2000 watt inverter that runs off the chassis batteries so you can keep your refrigerator/freezer on while driving down the road. There is an additional sleeping area on top of the cabin in the form of a comfortable overhead bunk that is very easy to pull down and up. This RV comes with two air conditioning units for extra comfort - a 15,000 BTU unit in the living room and a 13,500 BTU in the master bedroom. I supply everything you need on your vacation with the exception of food/alcohol/etc. I will supply dishes, utensils, plates, cups, cooking tools, I mean everything to cook and eat with. I will supply a mattress protector on every bed. I’ll have toilet paper stocked in each bathroom, camping chairs that will be in the storage underneath, as well as roasting skewer sticks so literally just bring your clothes and toiletries (shampoo conditioner and soap) and you are good to go. All you need to do is buy food and any extras you want (such as seasonings etc to cook with) ***My RV does have a PikePass for the tolls roads that work in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. If you use it, expect to be charged the cost of tolls at time of return. I just charge the cost of the toll/no markup*** Some of our motorhome features: -Has 2 full bathrooms -Full kitchen (stove/cooktop/microwave) -king size bed in master -2 bunk beds, a dining table that converts to a bed, a pull out bed couch, and a bed above the driver/passenger seat so possibly if with kids you could sleep 10 total. -Full size residential refrigerator/freezer -Has outside TV -outside shower -electric awning with LED power strip lighting (Not to be used in any wind…will break and can cost up to $5,000 to replace. -Has 3 slide outs so it’s really roomy -Furrion sound system with Bluetooth to hook phone up to and listen to your music via the speakers throughout front of motorhome. I have been blessed in life so my house and motorhome are paid for, so I’m looking for renters who are looking to not break the bank and make everlasting family memories on vacations. I’m flexible on mileage charges over the 150 Miles a night included for longer trips so just ask. Yes, there’s a $5,000 refundable security deposit to keep renters from treating my $150,000 motorhome like crap!
