The Getaway - Tent Trailer

Are you looking to camp with a little more convenience but still want the relaxed vibe of tenting? Or maybe you are looking to buy a tent trailer and want to try it out - No matter your reason, this trailer will be a great way to enjoy time outdoors! Over the years, the "Getaway" has been a very well-maintained family unit. It's never had cooking, water hookup, or indoor smoking, and it's been pet-free (however, we have prepped the trailer to help welcome furbabies!). ***Sorry, no concert or festival rentals. The "Getaway" is lightweight and easy to tow! With a tongue weight of 195 lbs and a 2" hitch size, most SUVs and vans can easily pull this camper. The connection is a standard 4 plug for the brakes. Please check your technical information before you book! This model has a fantastic layout with counter space that most homes don't have! - The fridge doesn't work, so you must bring your coolers. - All cooking is done outside on the gas stove, and you will need small propane tanks. It comfortably sleeps 5, and the design provides unblocked access to each bed! - The pull-outs include 1 queen and 1 double bed(the system doesn't have the option to show a double bed). - The table lays down in under a minute to a super single, which is excellent for 2 kids, a single adult or the family pup. The "Getaway" tent trailer includes the following: - 5-litre tabletop water dispenser jug - battery backup and solar panel recharger - a flashlight - wash basin - eco-friendly cleaning kit - handheld vacuum - in and outdoor mats Along with the tools to help make setup easier! Before you book your campsite: - Ensure the fire pit orientation is on the left side. - You will require an 18ft or above-sized site. We rarely get a site with electricity or water, but that's up to you! Add-ons: $25 = Kitchen Items - 2 cast iron pans and 3 camping pots - Assorted cooking utensils, knives and 2 marshmallow forks - Cutting boards and strainer - Toaster, both tea and a coffee carafe - Coleman metal plates and Kids plates (set of 4) - Cups, kids cups and mugs (set of 4) - Cutlery (set of 4) Outdoors Must Haves: $30 - 2 Burner Coleman Stove All you need are your linens, clothes, toiletries and food! Oh, and bug spray. $95 per night Rental Rate: Take a look at this season's calendar for available dates! - We aim to be flexible on pick-up and drop-off times. ***Remember that Ontario Provincial Parks check-in/out time is 2 pm. - If you selected pick-up drop-off they require a day pass to be purchased. Cleaning Fee: An automatic cleaning fee of $65 will be charged to each rental. ***Each renter is still required to clean the camper to the condition it was found in. - If general cleaning is not completed, an additional cost will be added to the deposit. The cleaning fee is for a deeper cleaning to prepare for the next renter. Refundable Deposit: - $750 per rental Insurance: -RVesy charges a daily rate, and you can upgrade to 24/7 roadside assistance. Set-up is Easy! You may be wondering about the setup. It's all about the sequence! -Once levelled, set-up takes about 30 to 40 minutes. - We ask that you watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQRlhD6AE7k -Set aside 1 hour at pickup for a set-up run-through. Let us help you! If you want less to do or feel unconfident about towing the trailer and setting it up, add delivery and setup/take-down service. - Pricing is based on the number of km from Georgina. - We aim to stay within 100km.
