THE TRAILER WILL NEED TO BE PICKED UP FROM THAT ADDRESS AFTER THIS DATE.*** Welcome to my 17B! This single axle trailer features 2 rear single bunk beds, a full sized queen bed, and with the dinette also turning into a bed, this trailer sleeps 5 people comfortably! This trailer is perfect for couples, or a small family looking to get out there and be with nature! This trailer has no slide outs, and fits in almost any campsite making setup quick and simple for beginners and veteran campers alike. No more running to the bathhouse in the middle of the night! The indoor bathroom features a shower and toilet for your convenience. It’s air conditioned for those scorching summer days, and features an electric fireplace for warmth (and ambience!) on those chilly nights. Upon pickup (or delivery) I’ll walk you through how everything works and answer any questions you may have. You’ll have my cell number so you can quickly reach me for any questions or concerns you may have during your rental. Your rental will include; • Plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pots and pans (cutlery excluded.) • A few board games and a deck of cards. • Multiple throw blankets for extra warmth in bed or around the campfire. • Outdoor LED light. • Solar garden style lights to add some ambience to your campsite! • 15ft potable water hose. • 30 Amp power cord. • 15ft sewer hose and connections (disposable gloves too… because yuck!) • 2 complimentary toilet paper rolls • Black tank deodorizer • *Linens can happily be included for a small additional charge (*linens will not be supplied if you are bringing your pets on your camping adventure.) DEPARTURE & RETURN TIMES: Pickup - 1pm Drop off - 11:30am If you wish to pickup earlier or return the trailer later than these times, that is available as an add on for an additional cost. *Please note I no longer allow use of the awning.
