The Sporttrek by Venture which is 28ft long from bumper to tongue, is a delight there is lots of storage space and comfortable contemporary décor to make your trip a relaxing one. With large bunkbeds and a queen bed in its own private room with privacy doors on both sides, all mattresses have protectors on. The U shaped dinette also converts into a bed for nighttime. So all the creature comforts have been taken care of. It has a pop out so space is no problem, room for 6 to sleep and a large shower, sink and porcelain toilet in the bathroom. Outside there is a large awning with LED lighting, outdoor kitchen with small fridge and cook top, out door shower, rack at the back for bikes and coolers and a back up camera. The LED lighting in the awning gives your evenings a romantic feel. Kitchen has all the amenities with stainless steel finish we also supply all your cookware, dishes, utensils, toaster, kettle, Tassimo for those coffee needs and so much more. There is lots of cupboard space in the kitchen including a pantry for all your food goodies. The kids will love this camper they can enjoy as a family the flatscreen T.V cuddle up on an evening with a bowl of popcorn, or play games at the large table at the U shaped dinette. The bedroom comes with two wardrobes and under bed storage. There is also storage under the bunkbeds and under the dinette, this trailer is not lacking for places to store your holiday needs. Outside is a full width length storage unit for chairs, water toys etc. Sorry this is a NO PET and NO SMOKING Trailer. This trailer will delight with its warm cosy décor and amenities that have all the bases covered. Relax unwind travel in comfort making memories that will last. Creating experiences is what a holiday is all about and with The Sporttrek that has been made easy. We also require you to read our Supplement Rental Agreement before booking the trailer. Rental Agreement As the renter you agree to the following conditions listed below while renting this trailer. The renter understands that any violations within this agreement could result in forfeiting part or all the Security/Damage Deposit collected by RVezy. 1. Smoking of any type is prohibited inside or near the trailer. This includes but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, illegal substances, vape devices, etc. Violating this rule will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. PLEASE NOTE: at no time is the renter authorized to store any drugs (legal-including cannabis or illegal) or drug paraphernalia within the confines of this trailer. This is always strictly prohibited during its use by the renter. This is a family friendly travel trailer, and we cannot risk anything being left inside the trailer where kids can potentially have access to it and be harmed. 2. No pets are permitted within the trailer unless otherwise discussed and approved with the owners prior to booking. If authorized, the renter will be provided written confirmation by the owner. If there is any urine, feces, vomiting, or damage caused by pet, a forfeiture of part or entire deposit will occur. This includes excessive pet hair or odor. 3. Only use the toilet paper provided or septic safe toilet paper. No feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, tissues, paper towel or anything else not RV septic safe is to be used in toilet. If you run out of toilet paper or you do not have approved toilet paper for trailer, please bag, and dispose of soiled toilet paper outside of trailer and do not flush down toilet to prevent clogging. 4. If you do not request the emptying service to renting or your site does not have sewage services on it (or state, you will not be using washroom) you will be charged an emptying fee if grey/black water is not at Empty status upon pick as will be shown at delivery unless otherwise discussed prior to rental. 5. Toilet must be flushed with water for all uses. Failure to do this can cause clogging of black water. The renter will be responsible for any fees associated with having to get this fixed and unclogged. 6. Unless otherwise noted, the renter is responsible for dumping the black and grey water tanks. If you are renting without access to hydro, water, and sewage, you assume the responsibility to check and maintain grey/fresh/black water tank levels regularly (as shown in Operators Manual provided). If previously agreed upon, Owner is only responsible to empty grey and black water at end of rental agreement if you paid to have this service added (This is a one-time service only). If you requested freshwater tank to be filled, please note that this is a one-time fill only and if you run out, owner is not responsible to refill. Renter acknowledges that the Fresh water Tank only holds 40 gallons of water. Once that is used, your grey tank will be full and required to be emptied. If you are full prior to the end of rental, you will no longer be able to use the facilities until you make arrangements to have them emptied. Black water once it’s full cannot be emptied until the owner picks it up or you contact a sewage removal service to come to the location and pump out black waste if necessary. Check with your camping site staff to see if they have waste removal services to come to trailer. Most camp sites that do not provide sewage on site have a mobile service to come and empty for you for a fee. Grey water can sometimes be emptied on grass if local regulations allow it depending if you use chemical free soaps for showers/dishes. Check with local regulations and site staff to see if this is authorized. 7. The trailer MUST be returned the way you received it, otherwise a further cleaning fee will be assessed. There are cleaning supplies in trailer as well as a broom and Swiffer with wet wipes for your convenience. This includes all food and garbage to be removed prior to the owner picking up trailer. 8. You will be responsible for the loss of any keys, or any damage caused to the locking system of the trailer. The renter must lock the trailer up completely when away from site to prevent any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 9. Unless otherwise noted, the renter is not authorized to move or adjust the setup of trailer after we have placed it in its agreed location. 10. Self-induced preventable issues that require a service call from owner will be deducted from the damage deposit which includes an hourly rate of time allocated to drive to and from site including the duration it takes owner to resolve/fix issue(s). Examples of these issues are listed below: a. Overflowing the grey water tank to the point where water comes back up into shower or sink. Grey water from dishes/showers fills up quickly, use sparingly. To prevent this, regularly check your tank levels as shown in Operating procedures manual provided. b. Toilet will not flush or is plugged up due to too much toilet paper or other material used that is not appropriate for toilet. If you have small children camping, please closely monitor their toilet paper use while using trailer toilet to prevent this from occurring. Also make sure the water has stopped running and no toilet paper or waste matter is stuck in the toilet valve as this can prevent water from shutting off and having the toilet overflow and potentially flood the bathroom/trailer. d. Locking yourself out of trailer. 11. Please do not cook fish or seafood in the trailer. It is very difficult to get these smells out. If you have access to a fire pit or BBQ, please utilize cooking these items over them or utilize the outdoor kitchen. 12. All dishes and appliances (toaster & coffee maker) will be accounted for before and after rental to ensure no loss or damage to items. (This will occur at pre-delivery inspection and uploaded to Rvezy and again at pickup to ensure the itemized list is in the same condition and with the same allocation of each item provided at time of rental commencement--This prevents any discrepancies on quantities of items provided.) Renter understands they will be responsible for any lost or damaged items. Renter understands that the dishes provided are not authorized to be used to cook over fire as it will damage them. 13. Adaptors, extension cords, or any other add on (if requested), sewer hose adapters and stands, or hoses either damaged or lost, will be the responsibility of the renter and the cost to replace them depends on the item. 14. Wind, weather damage and accidental misuse of the awning is not covered by insurance through Rvezy and therefore will be the responsibility of the renter to pay for any damages to the awning or its parts. To prevent damage, do not use awning when windy. At any sign of strong wind, retract awning to closed position. 15. The renter will ensure no garbage or food is left out for extended periods of time inside the trailer to help aid in maintaining a critter free environment. Ensuring doors are closed and not left open for extended periods will help prevent unwanted guests from entering the trailer. Garbage and recycling cans are provided for your convenience. Please do your part to ensure the trailer is tidy to prevent unwanted guests from coming inside. The Owner ensures the trailer is cleaned and sanitized top to bottom and regular maintenance is conducted between each rental.
