He answered questions/emails almost immediately. Once we arrived to pick up the RV John took time to explain how everything functioned and where everything was. When we entered the RV we were pleasantly surprised with a personalized welcome sign and a basket of wine and chocolate. The RV also has everything you need. He provides a list once you have booked with him. You basically just need to bring your clothes and towels. I highly recommend renting this RV if you are looking for a stress free exchange and relaxing vacation. The inside is beautiful and well maintained. The fireplace was the added bonus. He is very thoughtful, he sent us a list of things provided and what to bring for a RV trip way before our vacation. When we picked up the RV, he walked through every aspect of the RV, went with us for a test drive and provided very valuable tips for first time RV driving. We felt very welcomed when we on board, he is flexible on the pick up and drop off time, and always respond in a very timely manner. John gave us the run down on how everything worked and took us out for a test drive prior to departure. It looked brand new and was large enough for the 5 of us (all adults).
