Brand New trailer - owner has not used. Clean, spacious perfect for families. Renter must pick up and drop off. Trailer has a queen size bed separated with a wall and two sliding doors. Two sets of bunks beds, one side is single the other doubles, separated with a curtain. The living room/dining/kitchen - living room has a pull out couch with tv and bluetooth speakers. Dining room is a dinette which can turn into a bed, lots of space. Kitchen has full sized fridge, small pantry, microwave and stove top. Corner sink surrounded by lots of spacious counter tops. Bathroom - has a shower/curved tub, storage cabinets and toilet. There is an outdoor awning controlled by button panel. Included - Use of Sway bar, toaster, kettle, heat and air conditioning, propane. Not included - Linens are not provided, cutlery or camping chairs. Please note - Renter is to fill up water at campground and empty as well as empty septic tank on departure AT campground location. No cross-country border crossing or out of province travelling
