Our Motor Coach is love at first sight, very spacious and super clean, it feels like a cozy little house, you will fall in love with it. RV comes with 2 smart TVs and DVD players, and 2 small TVs, has 2 slide outs which gives you plenty of room. Plenty of sleeping space, living room couch converts into a bed. Dinette comes down and becomes a bed. Second dinette also converts into a bed and becomes a bunk bed. Master queen bed has an add on of 4 inch memory foam for ultra comfort. Sliding door to master bedroom gives you privacy. Bunk beds and over the cab bed also have privacy curtains. 2 dinettes gives you plenty of sitting area, if you have kids it is a great option. There is plenty of closets, drawers and storage area inside the RV and outside the RV. You will be able to fit everything you need on your trip. Your safety is our #1 priority, we have installed tire pressure and temperature monitor for all tires that is visible to you at all times in our RV. It also has a back up camera that can be turned on during driving and gives you great visibility. We updated RV with powerful lithium battery. We will give you a complete instruction session before you drive off to your vacation destination. The session will take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on how well you're familiar with RVs. We also will leave you with a print out detailing everything you need to know. We do not provide pillows or blankets. If you have any questions feel free to message. This is our personal RV so we are very careful who we allow to rent. RV REQUIREMENTS: Absolutely NO Pets (due to people with allergies), NO Smoking, NO drinking alcohol beverages, NO vaping, NO towing ($800 penalty fee). Must be returned with full tank of fuel. RV not allowed off road. No beach driving or other non-maintained roads. We ask that you take care of it as of your own. Please inquire only if you can meet our requirements in the listing.
