Bring the comforts of home with you while you explore the great outdoors in this beautiful rig, perfect for beginner and experienced trailers This 30 ft. trailer comes fully equipped with plenty of cabinet space, a microwave, stove, and oven on the inside to fit any and all meal plans. Want to cook outside in the elements? We got you covered with a LED-lit awning, a full propane outdoor kitchen as well as a refrigerator to keep your favorite beverages cold! Enjoy your meals at the table with 6 seats available to fill using the dual-purpose totes! Large double bunks, convertible sofa, and queen-size bed allow ample room to sleep up to 8 people (weight restrictions apply) Enjoy hosing off outside with the outdoor shower or head inside and enjoy some privacy with the stand-up shower. Enjoy plenty of storage space! We want you to enjoy your time with our camper so we will keep it stocked with the necessities as far as toilet paper and linens, as well as some luxuries to help you enjoy your time. Luxuries include: Keurig w/keurig pods 2 lawn chairs Pots/pans All necessary Kitchenware for dining Fully equipped with outdoor hookups as well as Bluetooth speakers Generator available for use for an additional $100 Pets allowed **renter responsible for any damages/scratches caused by pets** The awning must be retracted at night and during storms. Renter is responsible for any damage to the rig. Renter is responsible for dumping black and grey water ($50 dumping fee if tanks are dirty when returned) Free delivery with 1 week rental to anywhere in Clarksville, TN. The trailer may not be towed more than 300 miles from Clarksville unless communicated with me. The camper must be returned clean. $150 cleaning fee if returned excessively dirty.
