Meet Junie, home away from home, perfectly sized for exploring without the stress of a giant rig. Junie is a great fit for: - couples on a road trip - weekend getaways - long term rentals - trying out life on the road - guest accommodations (a studio apartment at your home!) - weddings, festivals, events & tailgating About Junie: ~ Easy to Drive ~ At just 21 feet, Junie is considered a Class B-Plus. She drives much like a truck or large SUV, making parking and maneuvering easy—even for first-time RV drivers. ~ Comfortable Layout ~ Junie feels like a compact studio apartment on wheels. The front living area features a dinette for 2–4 people and a comfortable couch perfect for relaxing. Behind the living area is a well-equipped kitchen, followed by a spacious rear bathroom with plenty of storage. With a 6'3" interior ceiling, most guests can stand comfortably. ~ Flexible Sleeping ~ Junie offers two comfortable twin beds that can be slept on separately or combined into one very cozy California King bed. Setup A — 2 twin beds - Bed 1 is the dinette conversion - Bed 2 is the jackknife sofa pulled out flat Setup B — 1 California King bed - the dinette conversion + a middle combiner platform + the jackknife sofa pulled out flat, all combined together to make 1 large bed ~ Fully Stocked ~ Junie is fully equipped for a comfortable trip, and all major RV systems are in excellent working order. ~ Storage ~ There are many interior cabinets, a spacious exterior storage compartment, a roomy refrigerator/freezer, and a rear bike rack that holds 2 bikes. ~ Clean and Reliable ~ Junie has been carefully maintained, kept covered for much of her life, and is very clean inside. She has only 30,000 miles on the engine and 25 hours on the generator, with regular maintenance and oil changes. ~ Thoughtful Extras ~ - Blackout curtains + sheer privacy curtains - Reflective windshield/window covers to help keep the RV cool - Powerful remote-controlled roof fan with rain sensor - Backup Camera ~ Delivery ~ Message me with your destination for a quote. Each bike includes a Kryptonite U-lock, front and back lights, a pump, a phone holder on the handlebars, and a helmet. Can rent just one or both. ~ Long Term Rentals (1 mo+) ~ Available! Since Junie is my personal vehicle, I may ask to borrow your vehicle during rentals longer than one month. You’ll also find helpful labels throughout the RV for quick reminders on how to open the slider, turn on hot water, run the generator, etc. At the start of your trip, we’ll do a full walkthrough of Junie, go on a short practice drive, and I will answer any of your questions so you can head out with confidence! ~ Policies ~ - All items must be returned; missing items charged at replacement cost + $25 restocking fee each - No smoking/vaping inside. $200 fee if odor or residue is detected. - Pets must be pre-approved; unauthorized pets incur $100 per pet plus cleaning/damage fees - Propane tank provided full; must be refilled before return. If not full or pre-paid: refill cost + $50 fee - Gas tank provided full; return full with 87 octane (regular in TX). If not: fuel cost + $50 fee - Gray/black tanks must be utilized, emptied (unless pre-paid), and flushed per manual. If not: $75 fee - Return RV reasonably clean (dishes, trash, debris removed). Excessive dirt, sand, pet hair, stains, or odors: $100–$200 fee - Travel limited to pre-approved locations; changes require approval - Late returns: 1-hour grace period. Extensions require approval. Over 1 hour late: $100 + one night’s rate + any lost booking revenue. - Waterproof bed covers must be used on cushions when sleeping; damage or excessive soiling due to non-use will incur cleaning fees - RV includes GPS tracker for safety - No engine idling while parked; use shore power or generator instead. - Heavy use fee of $250-500 may apply for GPS-detected consistent hard braking, rapid acceleration, or speeding throughout rental - No off-road driving - Keep max speed 60-70mph. Do not exceed 75mph - No travel to Mexico - No snow, ice, or below-freezing travel; chains prohibited - Roof and ladder use prohibited - $1,500 security deposit required for festival/event rentals - No Burning Man trips - All fees subject to RVEzy platform and processing fees - Violation of any policy may result in additional fees
