Amazing RV for friends and family. This trailer is brand new and ready to go! Comes stocked with basic dishes for 8 people plush cookware. RV Rental Delivery and Set-Up available for an extra fee. 10 person RV with 1 King Bed, a bunkhouse with 1 Queen bed (that folds up as a couch or twin bed) and two bunk beds, plus a 4 person dinette that makes into a full bed and a sofa that makes into a full bed. Shower has upgraded shower head and the hot water heater refills quickly so everyone gets a hot shower. 3 flatscreen TVs (master, main area, and bunkhouse) plus DVD player in living area. Speaker system outdoors, along with an electric retractable awning that's lighted. Outdoor kitchen area has fridge and a sink (blackstone griddle included for additional fee). Outdoor mat included as well as dustbuster, broom, and swiffer to keep things clean. 50 amp required to run both AC systems (one in the master and one in the main area) though we do include an adapter that will allow a 30 amp hookup with only 1 AC being used. Two 30 lb filled propane tanks included which was enough for our family of 5 for a week trip in the Spring. Return them full (recommended, just show us your receipt) or we can fill them for you for $75. We tow this with our 2017 F-150 V-6 Ecoboost with tow package. The dry weight is 9,248 lbs with a max load of 11,248 lbs. This trailer is 38.9' long. A weight distribution hitch and sway bar will be included to make towing safe and easier.
