All surfaces sanitized and washed. Includes two flat screen TVs, one in the living area and one in the master bedroom. Indoor and outdoor speakers, light up awning, light up outdoor rug, oversized and comfy camping chairs, camping pop-up table, Add-ons include, water trampoline, pop-up fire pit and kayaked.
