The 70" tri-fold sofa is a great place for an afternoon nap, as well as an extra sleeping space at night. With two exterior pass-through storage areas, you will have plenty of space for all of your outdoor gear! 2 AC units with ducting to keep it extra cold. Furnished with cookware, plates, silverware, k-cup coffee maker, towels (please do not use our towels outside), sheets, and pillows. Please let us know if your 4-legged family members will be joining you! We encourage traveling with your pets because they are an important part of the family. We do ask that they are not left alone in the camper without being in a crate and not allowed on the furniture. Delivery includes setup at the destination, leveling, hooking up to utilities and dumping of the waste tanks upon pickup. The camper should be returned broom-swept clean and free of any trash, food, and personal items.
