"Hank" is a lightweight, spacious, 21.5 ft. single axle bunkhouse trailer! Easy and lightweight to pull (SUV or Small Truck), yet accommodating enough for the whole family. We offer full delivery, set-up, and generator use if desired. "Hank" is equipped with a 2-burner stove top, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, shower, fireplace, and toilet. Additionally, there is a 24" wall-mounted Roku Smart TV with DVD player with 10-15 DVD's to choose from. Bring your own streaming or gaming device and enjoy camping in style! (Make sure to download your movies beforehand if camping remotely; Android users must bring an HDMI adapter) The refrigerator includes temperature control as well as a small icebox freezer at the top of the fridge. Additionally, the trailer is equipped with an 8-foot electric retractable awning, as well as four stabilizer jacks. One feature that should really catch your eye is the fireplace. The fireplace comes equipped with temperature control, but can also act as a nightlight during the hotter months by simply turning off the heat at the press of a button. A wall-mounted A/C unit above the master bed keeps the whole trailer nice and cool even on the hottest days. Shore/outlet/municipal power, or a generator is needed to run the A/C, electric fireplace, microwave, and/or TV/DVD player. At only 2,986 lbs (dry) and 21' 5: of total length, Hank boasts a whopping 5 person sleeping capacity with sleeping on the front queen bed, the dinette (The dinette is technically a single person sleeper but can fit two small children if need be) and of course the rear bunks. Additionally, the small trailer will surprise you with the amount of "hidden" storage areas that are located underneath all seating and sleeping areas. The rear bunks measure in at 72 inches of length, 29 inches of width and have a 300 pound sleeping capacity per bunk. Generator details: Camping remotely? Our generator is quiet and efficient. The cost is $35 p/night. Hours are not monitored as we provide unlimited use. Generator comes with a full tank of gas, renter is responsible to provide additional fuel. Please use 87 octane or higher when refilling. Typical run time is 10-14 hours p/full-tank. Trailer rental comes with the necessities in order to utilize the RV, including: Roku remote; DVD player; lightening HDMI phone/iPad to TV adapter (courtesy Apple adapter is provided, Android users must provide their own); water supply hose; clean waste dump hose; rubber gloves; long-handled lighter; 4 rolls of RV-friendly toilet paper; full propane tank; 25’ extension cord; wheel chocks; hand crank for stabilizers; full tank of fresh (filtered) water (if camping remotely); 2 5/16” trailer hitch for self-towing (upon request); helpful guidebook with visual representations of how to operate the RV and it’s features; a PDF sent to you before your departure that both itemizes the included items with your RV, and additionally, itemizes our own *recommended* list of camping items to bring with you.
