Please, if you have no RV operating experience (inside & out), do not book my rig! Thanks so much! **The following fees are possible, depending upon whether they are necessary: *Pets, Smoking, Drinking - Security deposit is automatically forfeited if there is any evidence, including but not limited to: odors, stains, hair from pets ($1,500) *Late Pickup/Dropoff - If renter is late, either picking up or dropping off the RV - charged in 15-minute increments ($15) *Lost Set of Keys - If RV is returned without BOTH sets of keys. Charge is per set. ($50) *Propane Refill - If RV is returned without Propane refill. Does not include cost of propane which will be added ($25) *Interior Cleaning - Per hour rate if the unit requires additional cleaning other than hard service sanitizing when returned ($50) *Dump Fee - If rental is returned without emptied gray and black water tanks. Charge is per tank ($50) *Gas Fill-up Fee - If RV is returned with gas below the level it was when the unit departed. Does not include cost of gas itself, which will be added ($25)
