This RV is super user-friendly , comfortable and lightly decorated to fit multiple needs, and everyone who has been in it had had fantastic feedback across multiple platforms. The master bedroom has 2 sliding hidden doors to be 100% private for couples or parents. We allow up to 2 dogs and plenty of room to move around inside with 2 slides opposite each other and a big island with sink inside. Plus, Wanderer fits in almost any campground. We have taken this RV all over WA, Idaho and Oregon and loved sharing a great experience by renting. We love doing delivery and setup, and also allow owners to pickup with qualified vehicle and experience. Wanderer has a large living area and spacious kitchen with an island. Lots of counter space, outlets, and stocked with everything for cooking and eating for 5, like an Airbnb on wheels! In/outdoor sound system with DVD reader and HDMI into TV, and we include a Fire stick for streaming when there is service & power/generator. Huge pantry, and lots of storage. Shower is a large and roomy. Toilet paper included. Bedroom has plush memory foam Queen bed and living room sofa is a full size. Dinette converts to a short twin. All linens are washed with sanitizer between rentals, and protectors are always used. We supply sheets and blanket for master bedroom but you must bring your own pillows. We find pillows are kind of personal, so we encourage that! All of our rentals do not allow awning use HOWEVER we supply a 10x10 pop-up shelter that can be placed anywhere, and also supply a large weatherproof entry rug that is designated to be used at the steps of the RV for gear and shoes to help keep the inside clean. It is expected for the rv to be picked up in a way that is tidy and some cleaning done. Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is normal but if the unit is excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee due to the extra time required for this. The unit is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces including shower, toilet, a vacuum and a swiffer mop. Please pick up and treat it like you own it and keep up cleaning during a longer rental. :) we love our rv too and want it to last a long time! This rental does utilize a supplemental rental agreement (SRA) that is specific to this RV and helps outline helpful tips, rules, and potential fees. This is required and the basics will be gone over during booking request process. There is a video orientation we will send to expedite your trip handoff, and a walk through tutorial at key handover where we go through the RV, have a Q&A and cover any additional needs. During freezing weather this RV is a dry unit WITH a portable 5 gallon toilet and 5 gallon water with spigot. Kitchen: Everything to cook, prep and eat. Knives, cutting board, mixing bowls, mini blender, air fryer, K-cup coffee maker, cooking and baking utensils including meat thermometer. Settings for 5 people with extra. Cannot guarantee foil/wrap/bags. There will be oil, salt/pepper/garlic and other combination spices great for grilling that will vary but be quite stocked for a variety! I love cooking while camping, so you get to enjoy a full stock. The outdoor kitchen has a 2 burner propane stove, sink, cabinets, light and mini fridge ( fridge runs when RV is plugged into electricity) Supplies included: Sponge, soap for dishes and hands and sanitizing spray under sink. Dish mat included. In bathroom we supply soap and lotion. We use biodegradable soaps that do not harm nature. We also include shampoo/conditioner for stays over 5 days or with full hookups or on request. 😊 Bedroom: Queen medium plush gel memory foam, with a bed protector. You supply pillows, sheets & blanket supplied. Living room: Couch protector and/or teal cover. For dinette, I recommend bringing a sleeping bag or kiddos favorite blanket for this. Linens: We include bath towels, hand towels and washcloths to match the amount of person in the RV. These are not for beach use. Cooling: Air conditioner and we also include a plug in fans available to use, however they only run on the generator or plugged into power. Feel free to bring rechargeable fan as there are plenty of USBs to charge with!. (use propane ONLY) each comes with One 20lb tank with rental, 40 lb optional add-on. Tutorial included. Required for when there is no electrical hookup. This unit has an electric or propane option water heater. If you are at hookup site, I highly recommend using the electric only option! Rules: A water pressure regular is screwed into city inlet and MUST be used 100% of the time as water pressure without having a regulator can burst RV pipes. RV tanks will be setup with tank biochemicals and small amount of water. Do not leave grey tanks open unless you are hooked up to full sewer at a site. Smoking and drugs: There is NO SMOKING allowed in the RV. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged a minimum fee of $1500. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are nonsmokers with well trained dogs and like to be able to use this RV at times too. Dogs are to stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe their paws. Dogs are never to be left inside RV alone. Dogs are to not go in/on bed or couch please, and wipe muddy paws. For stationary delivery, no moving of RV during use, or hooking up to any truck. We set it up AND break it down for you! Let us do the hard work- please do not adjust stabilizers or slide outs if delivered, as we set it up leveled for you! Do not remove protector on couch or bed.
