2021 Kodiak Ultra-Lite Bunkhouse

We are very excite about our family's new trailer and are excited to share it with you. There is plenty of space inside and some great features that we love: It has 1 slide out, a large HDTV, electric fireplace, a sleeper sofa and a U shaped booth dinette in the living area. The kitchen has a stove top with oven, microwave, large single bowl sink and a two door refrigerator. A large pantry behind the tv stores so much, so you'll have plenty of room for your own food storage. At the mid section is a spacious full bathroom with a walk in shower. Lots of room here. At the rear is a set of double over double bunks. Storage is provided next to the bunks along with a ladder to help getting to the top bunk. The bedroom has a walk around queen bed with mirrored closets and overhead and under bed storage. Outside you will find a power awning and a small outdoor refrigerator. Inside the trailer you will find the kitchen fully stocked with everything you'd need to make and prep your meals. Coffee maker, toaster, a hand mixer, place setting for 6. Basic cleaning supplies are also provided. Outside we have a propane grill, camping chairs, and outdoor games including ladder ball and bouce. Inside entertainment includes puzzles, and several board games. Bring your own linens and food and you are ready to go. The unit has a dry weight of 6030 pounds which will require at at least a half-ton truck to tow it. A stabilizing hitch is included which really makes this unit easy to haul. The unit also comes with power stabilizer jacks (super handy), outdoor and power tongue jack. 2 full size propane tanks, a solar cell, and a large freshwater tank will allow for limited service sites. The air-condition requires a 50 amp service.
