Great experience overall. The trailer was delivered and set up before we arrived, with power on, AC running, and the awning already out, which made everything incredibly easy for our family. It gave us a comfortable place to cool off and escape the heat during our family campout, and everything went well throughout the stay. The only issue we ran into was some water dripping from the water heater area, but Jakwan was responsive and helped us work through it. Reducing the water pressure going into the trailer, or shutting the water off when not in use, seemed to resolve the concern enough for the trip. Overall, the trailer served our family well, communication was good, and we appreciated the convenience of having everything set up and ready to go.

It was a pleasure working with Marco! He was very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. The RV was set up perfectly for our family at our camp site before we arrived and he came and picked it up after we left. I would rent this trailer again for future campouts!

When another owner cancelled our booking 2 days before we leave, Jimmie came to our rescue and really rolled out the red carpet! Everything was clean and prepared wonderfully, and his RV has our favorite layout that we’ve ever rented - perfect for our family of 4 with room to spare. We had a great carefree weekend!
