We had an absolute blast with this Van ! Waking up in the nature was so cool. The van is really easy to use, with plenty of equipments, cameras, cruise control… David et Jessie were fantastic host, responding immediately when we had a question. Thanks to them !

RV was filthy (outside was clearly not cleaned; mud all over the floor near the front seats; stained front seats, urine on the toilet; inside cupboards were dirty; hair and dirt under the mattresses; mouse poop and shredded paper towels next to water tank under the kitchen table. Informed about some minor issues: door stopper broken to bathroom door, scratches on the outside (although you couldn’t see if there were more because it was so full of dirt and bugs), door latch sticks so you have to push it in with one hand and open it with the other (somewhat of a pain because you couldn’t be holding something in your arms when you opened the door). Bigger issues: told not be concerned about warning light- simply needs an oil change -turned out to be an “engine” warning light-per manufacturer- could be a potential serious issue and that it shouldn’t be driven until it was checked out.-made it extremely stressful driving in an area with no cell service. Once we were at our destination, we discovered the pressure release valve wasn’t working. If the water was hooked up to the RV site’s water, water would pour out of the release valve (literally pour out like you had the faucet turned on full blast), down the side of the RV, creating a lake of water under the RV. When it did this, the pilot light to the hot water heater would go out so we couldn’t get hot water. Spent several days trying to resolve the problem without access to hot water- found that we could reduce the amount of water coming out of the release valve to a trickle if we didn’t use the site’s water and simply used the RV’s water tank. (We were wondering why we were told that the tank was filled with water when we picked it up. First of all, we could fill it at home because we still had to load up; second, one usually doesn’t fill up the tank while driving because it weighs down the RV and eats up gas.) So, I can only assume they were aware of the issue and didn’t tell us. We did have some communication with the owner about the issue, but she clearly doesn’t understand how things work on the RV (purchased this as an investment) so her responses were irrelevant to the problems we were having- also stated she didn’t care if water was leaking unless it was leaking on the inside (no hot water!); had us call the “help” support at RVEzy who agreed it needed repair and told us to get back to the owner for more assistance-she stopped responding after doing so and we never heard from her again-essentially leaving us hanging. We spent hours cleaning the RV before we left, and then again when we returned, including scrubbing and power washing the outside. When we returned, we sent another message to the owner documenting the issues I mentioned in this review, and more. We also asked if we could, at bare minimum, get our cleaning deposit back. We essentially spent over eight hours paying her to clean her RV-twice! It wasn’t a lot of money, but it was the principal that mattered. We also felt she should refund us some of the money because of all of the headaches and delay in our departure time. Her son (checked RV in/out) said she would get back to us, but it’s been over a week and she hasn’t done so- No surprise. It would be wise if you chose someone with better business practices. Bare minimum, it would have been nice to get an apology and some kind of a refund, but she wasn’t up for the task. We were so grateful to make it home safely. I'm not one to usually write reviews, but this was so egregious and a potential safety concern, I felt I needed to say something.
