Fan was great! He was timely and cared for our RV. When a part got broken (which had been damaged for awhile) Fan took it apron himself to have it fixed. He could've complained (as it was surely an inconvenience) but instead was very gracious. Fan also attended a training session with us in advance as he was new to trailers. Would definitely rent to Fan again!
