Brad and his family were exceptionally polite and respectful of the use of our unit. Brad was very attentive during the inspection process and is pretty knowledgeable regarding the use of the RV. The road test was great - he has previous experience towing and is very cognizant of his surroundings and careful around driving the unit. We communicated a few times while he was gone and I appreciated the little check ups! Overall a fantastic experience.
