Great communication from Jen and her husband Milan. Easy pick up with a nice walk through from Milan on how everything works and sets up. Our family had a great time camping. The carpet out side the trailer was a nice addition to help keep the trailer clean. Would recommend the trailer. Of course as the other reviews state there is some damage to a few things but to be expected with heavy use from renters. Nothing that would ruin a trip. Towed nicely also (towed 700km). The Keurig machine was also a nice touch. It was a favorite of other family that was staying with us from other sites.

The hosts were easy to work with. The unit has some wear and tear but the layout is nice and I found the bed more comfortable than many newer rentals. We didn’t use it this trip but it has a gas oven which is a rare find and really helpful if you don’t always have full hook up.

Jen and Milan were incredibly accommodating, and their trailer fit our needs perfectly. Milan went above and beyond by personally stopping by the RV park to walk us through the unit and thoroughly explain everything we needed to know. While there was a bit more wear and tear than expected, Milan was upfront in pointing it out, ensuring we weren’t held responsible for any pre-existing damage. A few kitchen items could be replenished, but overall, we had a great experience. Would definitely rent from them again!

This is the second time we have rented from Jen. They are truly amazing and have gone out of the way if we ever needed anything. We will continue to use them every time we come to Canada. Best experience ever
