This was our 1st time renting a trailer so having him available to answer our questions was great. 3 star is because it lacked some amenties that we feel is standard (coffee maker, toaster, face cloths) and the cleaning was not sone well. Seeing the cleaning fee is 100.00 we expected it to be better than what is was when we picked it up. Microwave wasn't wiped out, fridge smelled, floor was not mopped and bath was dirty. My wife cleaned it before we really unpacked. Especially during covid we would expect a cleaner place.- Mahmoud M.août 2020Luke was awesome and was quick to respond with any questions I had before and during my rental. This trailer had everything we needed and was very spacious. The TV with DVD player was great keeping kids occupied during the rain. The AC was ice cold. Trailer was easy to tow and everything was explained thoroughly. Would recommend this trailer to anyone going camping.

Geoff H.juil. 2020Luke was great to deal with! We had a couple of small issues but Luke was only a phone call away and rectified the situations right away. The only thing is that the way the trailer is laid out makes it kind of tight - the washroom is very very small. We had two adults and two kids which was fine but I wouldn't want to put any more people in there than that. All in all, a great experience... Especially if you are looking for a couple's get away or if you have 1 or 2 little people.
