We rent this trailer every year for 3 years now. It's always a seamless and pleasant experience, with all items well stocked, clean, and in perfect working order. Highly recommend!

Really nice, big trailer, loved the big bedroom and we had a really good vacation at the lake The trailer is older and showing its age in some places but everything worked. Nice that the awning was motor activated. Owners were really nice. It had all the things we needed including dishes, pots & pans, towels etc.

Wow - highly recommend! Smooth delivery & set up & pick- up (super accommodating for the timeline), friendly introduction to its use (including answering many questions via text), quick and helpful when I as a first time trailer user needed help(includingstopping by in personon a su day). I will rent from Candace and Dana again.

Beautiful camper, huge, comfortable, clean.

The hosts had a pleasant demeanor and the trailer was clean, but unfortunately our experience was characterized by a series of failures. We were expecting a relaxing and enjoyable vacation but the reality we encountered fell short of our expectations. The first issue began when the trailer was not delivered on time. This was an inconvenience to my son and I who had to wait at the site, but also to other friends and family who delayed their departure on our advice. We had ideally wanted to be there at 3, but the trailer would eventually not be set up until after 7:00 pm. Unfortunately, spending time unpacking when we had planned to make a family dinner was not ideal. Furthermore, upon settling into the trailer, we were shocked to discover there was a significant leak in both the kitchen area and bunk area, water was pouring through the roof dampening the interior and creating an uncomfortable environment. We sat in our vehicle in the rain while they fixed the issues. This took upward of 2 hours. The trailer also had to be levelled a certain way to ensure that the water did not continue seep in which also created a somewhat “bouncy” and slanted trailer for the remaining stay. Adding to the issues, the air mattress provided within the trailer had a leak, resulting in an uncomfortable night’s sleep and further diminishing the quality of the stay. Again the hosts had to come out and patch the mattress (we tried in vain to fix ourselves) Such basic amenities should have been thoroughly inspected and maintained to ensure a pleasant guest experience. What was most concerning is the evident lack of foresight demonstrated. It was made clear that these issues (all the leaks and mattress) were pre-existing and should have been addressed properly before the trailer was made available. Regrettably and despite their fixing the issues, we were only offered a refund of one night stay out of a 4 night stay. These issues happened on Thursday (late arrival and set up) Friday (Leaks) and Saturday (Mattress) each and every day, so each day we had an issue. This of course involved explaining the issues, texting back and forth, taking and sending pictures and the physical in person disruptions nearly every day to our stay. We felt this marginal refund was an inadequate resolution given the numerous problems. The hosts further disappointed us with how they spoke about the issues, “you probably sat on the air mattress a certain way” “ I am doing this when I should be at my real job” was dismissive to our issues and the inconveniences we encountered. As an Airbnb host I can understand it can be difficult to juggle a full time job and a side gig but my guests would never be made to feel that fixing my oversights was a favour or their fault. We urge the host to take this feedback seriously to make necessary improvements to their equipment, customer approach to problems and time management. We hope they will provide more significant resolution that what was offered than the one night refund that was provided, which may have prevented this review.

Everything was great from delivery and setup plus explanation of how everything worked. Candace was prompt to answer questions and friendly to work with. The layout of the trailer was super, awning carpet and camp chairs completed the picture.

So easy to deal with! Great unit for a family and lots of space! It includes lots of kitchen extras that cuts back on packing. The outside fridge and sink was such a bonus! We had a great time!

Candace and her family provided fantastic service for delivery, set up and checked in on us a couple times when our site had power issues. The unit was perfect for our family trip. Will be looking to book again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Gull Lake in the trailer. Dana and Candace were very helpful and responsive. The outdoor kitchen was a huge benefit and we were able to cut back on packing items as the trailer had most things, and if something was missing that was listed, our hosts were quick to help. They made this experience super smooth and easy. We'd definitely rent through them again.

I have rented many trailers and by far this trailer has been the best we’ve rented yet. Both the unit itself and the owners are top notch. Fantastic communication from first contact right through our stay. The trailer itself is large, clean and extremely well stocked. If we are ever back in Alberta needing to rent a trailer - would rent this trailer in a heartbeat.

We are first timers renting an RV, as we own our own 5th Wheel but can't tow it. This was an Amazing way to take a holiday. Candice and Dana were so accommodating, responded so quick to questions as well. Dana had the trailer all set up just as we arrived, pick up was right on time, and the trailer is great! Lots of room for a family of 4 and a Dog! The trailer was clean and the beds were comfortable. lots of supplies and there is a list so you know what is already in the trailer! Thanks guys we might need to book for next year already!

Great Camper! Perfect for families, so many features including an outdoor kitchen, additional exterior door to the bathroom, kids bunk room, and more. The camper was clean and was stocked with some basics for your trip. The owners were easy to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely rent from them again.

My family and I had a lovely trip in this trailer! There is a lot of space which was lovely with two toddlers and the main bedroom even had enough room for the pack and play to fit in which was a nice bonus. We had some issues with the hot water not working but Candace and her husband Dana were helpful in providing assistance as needed. The outdoor kitchen was a huge bonus too!

Rented the trailer for the May long with my family, Dana delivered the trailer and had it all set up before we arrived. Trailer is in good condition with everything we needed. Candace and Dana were both very to easy to get ahold of, very polite and eager to accommodate any additional items we needed. Dana arrived on time to pick up the trailer. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

This was our first time renting an RV and it was an amazing experience. The RV was incredible clean and comfortable. It was a motel on wheels and what topped it off was the outdoor kitchen. Also, the owners were exceptional to deal with. Very quick in their response. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
