Elaine is an RV Newbie, as are we. Our RV is brand new and we are still learning to run it. Whenever there was a question that I was unable to answer, the owner of RV Elegance ( where we purchase the RV) supported us whenever needed. Elaine was a great renter and came back with several notes of her experience, to help me better prepare future renters. This was greatly appreciated and the RV came back in impeccable condition.
