Drew and Nancy were great. Even though we had an issue with the battery that left them without any coach power for their entire trip, they were very understanding and didn't let it ruin their trip. They returned the RV probably cleaner than then it was when they picked it up. They bought a few things that were missing in the kitchen and insisted we keep them for the next renters. Great couple and I look forward to renting them our RV again.
